Summer Robotic Camps

TRAINING CAMP (Grades 6-10)

Participants will use the VEX Robotics Design System to build a frame and base for
your robot, interchange wheels, create geared armatures, and engineer wiring. The
team’s bot will have to adapt to compete in user-piloted challenges and obstacle
courses, as well as autonomous robot challenges that will require programming using
ROBOTC software.

Note: Many of the activities are team-based to simulate real-world robotics

Ages: Grades 6-10 (entering 2016-17 school year)

Check-In: 8-8:30am Mon-Fri
Pick-Up: 3-3:30pm Mon-Fri

Tuition: $250*/student per week (Teacher training is free!)

*Scholarships are available for qualifying participants.
